Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original dust bags and boxes, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
